Manage Your Facebook Photos on Your iPhone
One of the cool things about my job is; I often get to be first to see new websites, tech toys and apps. I'm like a kid in an early-adopter candy store!
So of course when I started working with the team at Weaver Mobile I had to give their iPhone app a spin. How can I help market it if I don't love it? And I do. The app is called Photobox! and it's all about managing your images on Facebook.
Want to untag a photo on Facebook? This app allows you to view all the photos you've been tagged in on your iPhone and untag with just a click. Or add a tag for your friends.
The photo editing filters are easy to use, in particular the cropping, rotation, text and drawing tools that let you add to the photo and re-upload it to Facebook from your phone or save it to your camera roll.
The app also lets you view friends photos and like, comment, share or download them, even whole albums. The ones you liked get stored in a "like" folder so you can easily find them again.
Far and away my favorite feature? The ability to batch upload and download photos from Facebook. When I travel I like to document the trip with photos and share them in real-time with my friends on Facebook. Until now creating an album, tagging the photos, editing and then uploading them was a pain. The uploader I was using crashed a lot and it took forever. The Photobox! app is really fast, and there's no hang time while images upload.
